7 AM the usual morning lineup

This week has been a gem so far.
And its only tuesday.

Sunday I worked with some awesome ladies. And then came home just in time to play with Bennett and eat the most awesome cake Bennett/ Buddy from cake boss prepared. FROM SCRATCH! it had layers!!

Monday I went to lunch with my favorite crazy old ladies.  Olive garden is always delish.
Then off to a double header for the Provo Bulldogs! Lost the first game by a point. Won the second game by nine points.

Tanden took Bert under his wing to make sure she was training to be the best corner in preschool.
working on her best defense face.

Bert decided that a few short innings just wasn't enough time with her dear Aunt Heatherlynn, So she came home with me for a sleepover. It was an exciting night of visiting Bennett some more, delivering a secret package to Jordyn, and finishing up with the JB movie.

She's seriously the greatest. I'm not sure if I was watching after her, or she was watching after me?

"Aunt Heatherlynn, do you want some little snacks to just munch on during the movie?"
uh sure. thanks brin. wait am I the 20 year old or are you?

"you know what? I love watching Jacob take his shirt off."-Brinley Age 4
(referring to taylor lautner as jacob black)

Tuesday morning we (by we I mean brinley) woke up early! We called the parents and checked in with the parents and then went to eat breakfast at village inn.  Something to the effect of her poking her head out the bathroom door and announcing to the restaurant
"Hey Heatherlynn, I need some help in here.."
Yep, I'm coming right in Bert.

Oh. And now after not enough sleep last night and chasing after/entertaining a 4 going on 34 year old girl, I feel a little like this...

Did I mention I FINALLY got a letter from him?
He's the best.
I miss him oodles.
And he likes noodles.

they are so good to me

The most beautiful people we have known are those who have known defeat, known suffering, known struggle, known loss and have found their way of the the depths.  These persons have an appreciation, a sensitivity, and an understanding of life that fills them with compassion, gentleness, and a deep loving concern. Beautiful people do not just happen.

---Elizabeth Kubler Ros

I am grateful for each and every beautiful person I have in my life. They teach me everyday, and give me strength everyday and they don't even know it.
